Photographs & Videos
During your trip with Senior Discovery Tours, a group photograph may be taken and whenever possible, your Tour Manager will provide you with a complimentary group photograph as a keepsake. Many of our clients enjoy taking photographs/videos to capture special memories of their vacation and you may inadvertently appear in some of them. Our clients understand that Senior Discovery Tours cannot prohibit other patrons from using cameras or their electronic equipment. Clients authorize and grant permission to Senior Discovery Tours to use any photographs/videos of tour activities according to their privacy policy per their company website. If you would like to opt-out of appearing in any photographs/videos, please advise your Tour Manager at the start of your tour.

By participating and submitting photographs/videos to our website, social media platforms, and/or taken by or provided to our Tour Managers while on tour, you consent on behalf of all parties portrayed in the photographs/videos and grant full rights to Senior Discovery Tours to use, display, broadcast, exhibit, and distribute in any media now known or later developed for promoting and publicizing its activities. Clients understand and agree that they will not receive any payment or royalty fees for the publication of the photographs/video or the use of their name and hereby release Senior Discovery Tours and/or any parties designated by Senior Discovery Tours from any such claims. Clients waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs/videos.
